WiDy SenS 320

WiDy SenS 320 uses NIT’s NSC2001 InGaAs sensor in a 320 × 256 format with 15 µm pixel pitch, dual response modes, and a 120 dB dynamic range. Its main differentiator is speed: up to 1 kHz full frame, with a high-speed option reaching 10 kHz in ROI mode and exposure times down to 1 µs. That combination makes it particularly relevant where beam motion, process dynamics, or fast transient events matter more than spatial resolution.

Key advantages:

  • 320 × 256 resolution with dual linear and logarithmic response
  • Up to 1 kHz full frame and 10 kHz in ROI on the high-speed version
  • Exposure time down to 1 µs on the high-speed model
