Viewing Angle NIR Sources
Measure the absolute intensity by angle of your NIR LED, VCSEL, flood illuminator, or structured light components. Suitable for high quality R&D or production line testing.
There are two models optimized for NIR viewing angle measurements. They differ in the working distance and viewing cone angle they capture. VCProbe-NIR-DSD has a 40mm working distance and captures ±32° cone angle. This model is generally used to characterize emitters in longer range applications. VCProbe-NIR-STG has a 3.2-4mm working distance and captures a ±70° cone angle. This model is generally used to characterize emitters in short range applications.
