HiPe SenS 640

HiPe SenS 640 is an air-cooled SWIR camera for low-light and long-exposure applications, featuring the NSC1902 InGaAs sensor in a 640 × 512 format with a 15 µm pixel pitch. It supports exposure times from 10 µs to 112 s, typical sensor noise below 40e-, dark current below 1500 e-/pixel/s at -20°C, and full-frame rates up to 230 fps. TEC2 plus fan cooling, together with NUC and bad-pixel replacement, make it a more specialized platform for applications that need extended integration time without moving to a larger or more complex camera class.

Key advantages:

  • Exposure range from 10 µs to 112 s
  • Sensor noise below 40e- and low dark current at -20°C
  • TEC2 plus fan air cooling with NUC and bad pixel replacement
