WiDy NaNo 640
WiDy NaNo 640 is an ultra-compact SWIR module built in a 25 × 25 × 29 mm package, with 640 × 512 resolution, 15 µm pixel pitch, 120 dB dynamic range, TECless operation, and power consumption of 1.5 W. It runs up to 100 fps full frame over USB 3.0 and is intended for embedded or portable platforms where size, power, and straightforward integration are part of the selection criteria, not secondary constraints.
