The Phantom KT1640 is a high-speed camera designed for applications that need both high image detail and fast temporal resolution. Built around a 4.2 Mpx back-side-illuminated sensor with a 2560 × 1664 resolution, it captures up to 3,750 fps at full resolution and supports very short exposure times for reduced motion blur. It is a strong fit for particle and object tracking, fluid dynamics, PIV, and high-speed microscopy, where image quality and timing precision both matter.
